This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased on Studio Poppage.
SHIPPING ZONES
Studio Poppage currently ships exclusively within the European Union.
International delivery outside this area is not available at this time.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed within 2 days from the order confirmation date, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Studio Poppage cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control.
During peak periods, special launches, or promotional events, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to follow your delivery.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of your order.

Free shipping is available on orders over €400 for deliveries within France only.

DELIVERY ISSUES & RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Studio Poppage cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, refusal, or failure to collect, shipping fees will not be refunded and additional shipping costs may apply.
Any damage, missing items, or delivery issues must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express shipping is not currently available.
